Isn’t it disappointing how some of the cuddliest-looking critters are the least safe to come anywhere near? Not that bear cubs are the danger, of course–just Mama Bear. My brother and his family had the good luck to be traveling in Ontario and encounter bear cubs playing in the ditch, so they snapped a bunch of pictures through the car window. Mama Bear wasn’t visible, but that’s not to say she was completely out of sight or hearing!
