The Shop, Ordering, & Shipping

You don’t have a product listing for an image I’m interested in. Can I order one anyway?

Yes! Contact me via my website contact form and let me know exactly what you want:

  • Title of the image
  • Product (example: 5×7 card, giclée print, pack of eight 4.25×5.5″ cards)
  • Size, if relevant (for giclée prints, 8×10 and 11×14 are popular sizes; depending on the image, larger sizes are possible)

Depending on the product, it may take up to a few weeks to print and complete the order, but I’d be happy to make a special order for you.

What happens if I order a product on backorder?

Backordering means I don’t have the item in stock, but I will special order it for you. In the case of a giclée print or a very large order of cards, this means it will take approximately 3-5 weeks; if it’s only a few 5×7 cards, it will take approximately 3-5 days.

Do you sell products wholesale?

If you are a store looking to carry some of my products, please contact me via my website contact form–I’d love to chat with you about it!

Can I make a gift order?

If it’s a gift, I’d be happy to provide a message with your shipment, free of charge. Include the details under Notes in your order, for example:

  • *GIFT* Please send a note wishing {name} a happy birthday, from {name}.
  • This is a gift order. Write “Wishing you a merry Christmas, love {name}”

If I’m in the area, can I pick up my order for free instead of having it shipped?

Yes! If you are in central MN and want to arrange free in-person pick-up, choose the option at check-out. I’ll be in contact with you for further arrangements on where/when to meet upon order completion.

What are your shipping policies?

All products ship from Sauk Centre, Minnesota. Currently I am only shipping within the US, with an expected 2-5 days via First Class Mail and/or Priority Mail (at our discretion).

A shipping calculator is available upon check out. If you purchase $50 of items or more, you will be eligible for free standard shipping (choose free shipping at checkout–it won’t automatically pick it for you!).

Some prices might vary. If you have special requests, ask via my website contact form; for instance if you want overnight shipping, I would be happy to accommodate, but you will have to pay full price for the shipping service.
